2025 STAR Holiday Art Contest!
Celebrate the season with creativity! STAR invites artists of all ages to participate in our Holiday Art Contest, where imagination meets festive spirit. This year’s theme, “Together We Shine Brighter,” celebrates the joy of connection and creativity. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a passionate hobbisty, this is your chance to showcase your talent and spread holiday cheer through art.
Here is what you need to know:
- Winners: 6 Winners [2 from each category] will be selected by a group of select judges at STAR.
- Deadline: Submit your entry by October 31, 2025.
- Display: Winning artwork will be printed in large format and proudly displayed on the windows of STAR’s downtown HQ throughout December.
- Display Timing: Art will be viewed by thousands from the lighting of the downtown Santa on November 26th, all the way into the New Year

STEP 1: Read the Rules and Regulations
Who Can Participate:

Eligibility: The 2025 STAR Holiday Art Contest is limited to Indiana residents ages 5+.
- Categories:
- Youth (Ages 5 - 12)
- Teens (Ages 13 - 17)
- Adult (18+)
Submission Guidelines:

Format: Physical artwork only using the template and made with traditional methods (Colored Pencil, Paint, Marker, etc.). No digitally created art will be accepted.

Entries: All entries must be submitted below by uploading a photo of the artwork. Only common image files will be accepted (.jpg, .png, .tif, etc.). Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm on October 31, 2025.

Judging Process:

Internal Voting: All entries will be voted on by STAR employees and executives to determine finalists.
